Of all the beef produced in the U.S., only 2% is certified prime grade by the USDA. Straub's sources only the best USDA prime beef from corn-fed cattle raised right here in the Midwest. Our beef is aged a minimum of 21 days to achieve that buttery taste and mouth watering tenderness.
